Airtel boosts digital learning at La Digue school |08 July 2026

The La Digue secondary school is set to benefit from high-speed fibre connectivity, desktop computers, and headsets to modernise its Digital Learning Lab, donated by Airtel Seychelles.

The donation, aimed at enhancing the school’s digital learning environment for students and educators, was formally handed over through the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) between Airtel Seychelles Ltd and La Digue secondary school, held at the Ministry of Education & Human Resource Development headquarters yesterday.

The signing was conducted on behalf of the school by principal secretary for Educational Support and Projects, Bernard Arnephy, and Airtel managing director, Eddy Kapuku, in the presence of principal secretary for General Education and Curriculum, Justin Zelime; principal secretary for Human Resource Development, Jean Alcindor; senior officials from the ministry and Airtel Seychelles; as well as the La Digue secondary school management and students, who follow the proceedings online.
