Stakeholder site visit targets cleanliness, law and order in Market Street

Representatives from several government agencies joined the Mayor's Office yesterday afternoon for a stakeholder site visit to Market Street and the surrounding market area to assess ongoing concerns relating to cleanliness, public health, traffic management and law enforcement.
The visit brought together officials from the Seychelles Licensing Authority (SLA), Landscape and Waste Management Agency (LWMA), Seychelles Land Transport Agency (SLTA), Seychelles Police Force, Public Health Authority (PHA) and the department of Agriculture. The aim was to identify the key challenges affecting the area, exchange views and agree on coordinated measures to improve the environment for vendors, businesses and the public.
