Tourism sector boosted by ethical labour pact

The International Organisation for Migration (IOM) and the Seychelles Small Hotels and Establishments Association (SSHEA) have formalised a new partnership to promote ethical labour migration, responsible business practices, and sustainable development in Seychelles.

The memorandum of understanding (MoU), signed yesterday at the Savoy Resort and Spa, establishes a framework for collaboration to strengthen ethical recruitment, protect migrant workers’ rights, advance skills mobility partnerships, and support dialogue on labour market needs.
