Minister Belle calls for youth empowerment

“Today (Wednesday, August 12), Seychelles joins the international community in celebrating International Youth Day under the theme ‘Different Contexts, Common Aspirations’.

“It is a theme that resonates strongly with our own reality.

“Across our islands and communities, young people may have different experiences, but many of our aspirations are shared. Seychellois youth want to learn, to be healthy, to have job opportunities, to have a voice in the development of our country and to build a meaningful future.
