CBS management retreat sharpens focus on strategic prioritisation and execution

The Central Bank of Seychelles (CBS) hosted a two-day Management Retreat to strengthen the institution’s approach to strategic prioritisation and execution, aimed at ensuring that the Bank’s strategic initiatives remain aligned with its mandate, resources and capacity to deliver meaningful impact.

The retreat, themed ‘From Strategic Direction to Strategic Execution: Aligning Our Leadership, Accelerating Our Impact’, was held on Friday August 14 and Tuesday August 18, 2026, at Constance Ephelia Resort.
