Graduating with First Class Honours is an achievement in itself, but Ronneesha Uranie’s recent graduation from the University of Sussex in the United Kingdom came with an added distinction. After three years studying Banking and Digital Finance, she graduated with the highest grand mean across her course and was recognised as the best student, receiving the Best Student Prize for her overall academic performance.
Her journey from Seychelles to the University of Sussex in Brighton was marked by ambition, personal growth, and the challenges of living and studying abroad. While focused on achieving a First Class degree, she also learned to balance academic demands with everyday responsibilities and independence.
