The Ministry of Education & Human Resource Development (MEHRD) yesterday signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Calidad Pascual to launch the Pascual Professor Initiative, a new health and nutrition education programme for primary schools.

The two-year agreement establishes a framework for collaboration to support health and nutrition education among primary school pupils. It was signed at MEHRD headquarters by the principal secretary for General Education and Curriculum, Dr Justin Zelime, and Manoj Payirikil, general manager of International Food Solution and representative of Calidad Pascual.
