SAA ends Safety Week on a high note |26 September 2026

The Seychelles Airports Authority (SAA) yesterday officially closed Aviation Safety Week 2026 with a certificate presentation ceremony at the Payanke Lounge at the Seychelles International Airport, recognising staff and teams committed to maintaining a strong safety culture.

The highlight of the ceremony was the presentation of the Safety Ambassador Award to Airport Operations Officer Ralph Mathiot, based on Praslin, and Sub-Officer Jean-Luc Moumou, based on Mahé.

The award recognises individuals who have demonstrated commitment, dedication and leadership in promoting and maintaining safety within their respective areas of responsibility.
