Seychelles TVET teachers bound for China training

The fourth cohort of Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) teachers will travel to China from May 11 to June 7 for advanced training in their fields.

At a ceremony yesterday at the Ministry of Education headquarters, Chinese Ambassador Lin Nan and principal secretary for Human Resources Development Jean Alcindor handed over tickets to the four teachers: Vanessa Songwar-Perine and Marcus Finesse (Seychelles Institute of Arts and Design), Sharon Bonne (Perseverance Secondary), and Kathrina Esparon (Belonie Secondary).
