Nathalie Desaubin, Turissa Sullivan score four ‘A*’s in four A-Level exams
A-Level
Independent School students Nathalie Desaubin and Turissa Sullivan have scored four ‘A*’s in A-Level exams and deserve special mention.
In total, 37 year two students sat a total of 116 A-Level exam entries, out of which seven students sat four subjects. 97.4% pass grades were recorded, with 75% at C or higher.
Other top performers are, in no particular order: Gaelle Confait, Kavish Gunatilake, Colvin Mounac, Christie Rath, Angelika Rose and Sreysht Venkatkrishnan.
Congratulations to the A2 students for their excellent performance! We wish all of them continued success as they proceed for further studies or the world of work.

AS Level
Thirty-nine (39) year 1 students sat a total of 129 AS Level exam entries, out of which 14 sat four subjects. 74% of the grades are ‘c^’ or higher, with 24 students scoring 3 ‘c^’s or better. 18% of the students achieved at least 3 ‘a^’s.
Thirty-six (36) students are progressing to A2 and we expect that they will all continue to work diligently, with the guidance and advice of their teachers, to succeed in their final year.

IGCSE results
Seventy (70) students sat a total of 607 exam entries, 58 students (83%) scored 5 ‘C’s or better, including 17 students (24%) who scored 5 ‘A’s or above. The pass rate is 100%.
Thirty-five per cent (35%) of all grades are ‘A’ to ‘A*’, while 82% are C or higher. These grades are commendable and the school congratulates the students for all their hard work and perseverance.
Seventeen per cent (17%) of students sat 10 or more IGCSEs. Kelley Laporte and Rahul Rajesh with 10 A*s are the top performers this year. Other top performers are, in no order: Rathnakumaran Elanchezhian, Jayabalaji Gunasekaran, Luke Hoareau, Wayne Lesperance, Emma Naidoo, Michel Pillay, Navin Pillay.
