Citizens Democracy Watch Seychelles (CDWS) Head of mission Eline Moses, one of the two local observer groups for the ongoing 2025 general elections, has shared that according to reports from their observers, around 11 stations opened to voters after 7am. 

She explained that in most cases the delays were down to the processing of votes from the special stations, which were cast on Day 1 and Day 2. The ECS is currently compiling a list of all opening times for the voting stations. Seychelles NATION will provide more information in an update soon
