Seychelles deepens cooperation with Russia

Principal Secretary for Culture, the Arts and National Heritage, Cecile Kalebi, led a Seychelles delegation to Moscow from March 20-24, 2026, marking a significant step in strengthening cultural cooperation between Seychelles and Russia.

The mission focused on expanding collaboration in arts education, heritage preservation, and cultural exchange, while supporting Seychelles’ involvement in international cultural platforms.
