Empowering fathers for family wellbeing

More than 40 fathers and male caregivers gathered at the National Library on yesterday morning for a Father’s Empowerment Session aimed at promoting positive fatherhood, strengthening parental engagement, and enhancing family wellbeing.

Organised through a collaboration between the Fathers’ Association of Seychelles and the National Council for Children (NCC), the session brought together 42 men from diverse sectors of society. Held from 9am to 12.30pm, it offered participants an opportunity to reflect on their roles as fathers, share experiences, and learn strategies to better support and protect their children.
