PM Modi said: “India's Covid-19 fight is people driven and gets great strength from our Covid warriors.”
Following this, a Covid-19 pledge with three key messages – ‘Wear mask, follow physical distancing, and maintain hand hygiene’ – was taken at the high commission of India on Wednesday, October 14, 2020. The pledge was administered by the high commissioner, General Dalbir Singh Suhag, to the officers and staff of the high commission, and officers deputed under the Indian Technical and Economic Cooperation Programme to Seychelles.
Several posters and banners advocating use of mask, frequent washing of hands and maintaining social distance has been put up in the high commission of India premises to raise awareness and encourage people to adopt Covid-19 appropriate behaviour.
