HR practitioners gain insight into updated Public Service Orders

Human resource officers from state entities are enhancing their understanding of the Public Service Orders (PSO) and the Procedures Manual through a training programme organised by The Guy Morel Institute in partnership with the Department for Public Administration.

The training, launched yesterday at The Guy Morel Institute campus at Ma Joie, consists of nine half‑day sessions designed to promote excellence in public sector workforce management. Topics include the role of HR officers, the legal and policy framework for employment matters, policy compliance, and practical solutions for strengthening the public service.
