H. Savy Insurance 10th anniversay-Foyer de Nazareth gets gifts worth R10,000 |21 July 2005

The gifts which included school bags, cutleries, sandals, trainers, underwear and stationery, were presented to the children by Mrs Murielle Venkateswaralu, who works in the company’s Accounts department. Mrs Venkateswaralu is one of the workers who has been with the company since it began to operate a decade ago.
The presentation ceremony was attended by the general manager of H. Savy Insurance, Mr Lambert Woodock.

The items were purchased following discussions with the orphanage to identify the specific and urgent needs of the children. Accordingly, the company responded by scouring the whole of Victoria to come up with items needed by the group of 17 boys aged from 6 to 17 years.

Following its achievement of 10 years of solid growth in the insurance industry in  Seychelles, the company believes the best way to express its thanks and appreciation to its valued customers over the years is to give something back to the community, particularly the less fortunate ones.

Foyer de Nazareth is one of the orphanages in Seychelles greatly in need of assistance. 

By donating these gifts to the children, the company hopes to bring some comfort and joy in their lives.

The gesture is in line with the company’s deep commitment to the principle of responsible corporate citizenship.
