Bomb attacks, train accident in India-President Michel sends condolences to Indian President |02 November 2005

President Michel’s message reads:
“It was with profound sadness and deep shock that we learned of the bomb attacks in New Delhi and the train accident in the state of Andhra Pradesh, which resulted in the loss of so many innocent lives.

“In the wake of these tragedies, the government and the people of Seychelles join me in expressing our heartfelt sympathies and deepest condolences to you, to the government and to the people of India, as well as to the families of the victims.

“We wish to assure you, Excellency, of our solidarity in this moment of national grief.”
