Pinnacle Point Holdings wins Ile Aurore development bid |21 June 2007

According to a communiqué from the Department of Investment and Industries, the government has accepted the tender proposal of Pinnacle Point Holdings “in view of its more superior concept”.

The Ile Aurore development project as per the tender documents was to include an 18- hole golf course, resort facilities and possibilities for luxury villas plus a marina.

At the May 18, 2007 closing date for submission of the tender documents the government had received three tenders for the project.

The communiqué said that the government and Pinnacle Point Holdings have started negotiations of the Lease and Commercial Agreements respectively and expect to sign the Lease Agreement before August 1, 2007.
