SBL launches new product |22 January 2008

This is a sparkling flavoured water named Dasani and which is initially available in two flavours – lychee and strawberry.
The drink is available in 50cl PET bottles and is selling at R7.50 in retail outlets.

According to a press release from SBL, sparkling flavoured water is “a completely new innovative concept for the Seychelles market and follows months of extensive consumer research” conducted by the company.

The press release says that Dasani sparkling flavoured water “is purified and enhanced with a special blend of minerals and great flavours”, is “100% sugar free and has a low calorie content ranging from 2.8 to 3.4 per 500ml serving”.

Dasani sparkling flavoured water is a globally recognized brand of the Coca Cola company and is produced under licence locally by SBL.
