Seychelles-China cooperation-Cupidon, Fanny to boost wushu skills |22 September 2010

This initiative, sponsored by the Chinese and Seychelles governments, follows the signing of the agreement on sports cooperation between the two countries last month.

The agreement places a lot of emphasis on promoting such exchanges for the benefit of both parties.
A wushu troupe visited Seychelles in mid-August and staged two wonderful performances which captured the imagination of the Seychellois public.

While in China, Cupidon and Fanny Al Abdullah are expected to take part in the China International Wushu Festival and the fourth World Traditional Wushu Championship.

Full of oriental philosophy and ethical standards, wushu is a form of fighting martial art.
