Mont Buxton district
1pm: Two young athletes will pick up the flame from St Louis
1.15pm: George François and Georges ‘Bolot’ Sinon’ will take the torch at Deven’s shop
1.25pm: Michael Pillay and Donald Célestine will hand over the flame to MNA Michel Marie followed by animation and a photo session
2.15pm: Motorcade to Dan Lenn, Mont Signal and Roche Bois.
3pm: Barnsley Albert will hand over the torch to Charles Morel and Anifa Siméon at Citimart
Mont Fleuri district
3pm: Charles Morel and Anifa Siméon will receive the torch at Citimart, then Leeroy Laure and Bernard Larue will carry it to the DA’s office.
3.15pm: Cultural animation at DA’s office
4.15pm: Good Shepherd church followed by special service under the theme ‘unity’
5.45pm: Beguitta Jeannevole and Louise Malvina will carry the flame from the church to the Mont Fleuri police station to hand over to Plaisance representatives
Plaisance district
5.45pm: Plaisance representatives Gilbert Pharce and Eli Tirant will receive the torch from Mont Fleuri representatives at the Mont Fleuri police station, proceed to Padayachy’s funeral parlour before hading the torch to Roma Aglaé and Ibrahim Dodin
6.20pm: Roma Aglaé and Ibrahim Dodin will hand over the torch to former Sportsman of the Year Ralph Labrosse at the Plaisance roundabout
6.30pm: Welcome ceremony at DA’s office followed by speeches, entertainment, live performances, viewing of clips of the 4th IOIG held here in 1993, boxing demonstration by former champions Rene Sabury and Ralph Labrosse
7.15pm: Words of advice by former boxer Ralph Labrosse – IOIG gold medallist in 1985 in Mauritius
7.30pm: Closing remarks by Suketu Patel who will hand the torch to Virginie Richard
7.45pm: Virginie Richard will hand over the torch to Ezra Almaze
Les Mamelles district
7.45pm: Ezra Almaze will receive the torch from Plaisance representative Virginie Richard
7.50pm: Ezra Almaze will hand over the torch to James Bill at the Mohan Shopping Centre
8pm: James Bill will hand over the torch to Sheila Boniface at the Alvis shop
8.10pm: Heribert Derjacques will carry the torch onto the basketball court
8.15pm: Speech by Mr Emmanuel Fideria followed by animation
