Air Seychelles appoints new GSA in Finland |23 July 2011
Air Seychelles’ acting director of marketing & sales, Nicole Mancienne, said : “Seychelles is a dream destination for many travellers in Finland despite the fact that we do not have direct flights but with our well established route network from other major European cities (Paris, Milan, Rome and London), Finnish travelers have discovered Seychelles and do choose Air Seychelles to travel to our islands.”
“Our aim is to encourage Finnish travellers to follow our airline’s slogan – Live Your Dreams -- and to spend their dream holiday in Seychelles,” Mrs Mancienne said.
The new general sales agents, Airtouch Ltd, is part of the global APG- Air Promotion Network, which specialises in promoting airlines with some 200 airline representations.
The Air Seychelles sales office responsible for Europe and based in Paris played an active role in selecting Airtouch as the new GSA.
Airtouch sales manager, Mari Lathi, said : “We are happy to announce the partnership with Air Seychelles. Our task is to make this excellent product available to all potential clients in choosing to fly Air Seychelles – as we believe that Seychelles and Air Seychelles has one of the best combinations for a customer who wants unforgettable travel experience. Finnish travelers make more use of the convenient connection Air Seychelles offers through a 10-hour non-stop flight from Paris and eight-and-a-half hour flight from Milan or Rome.

They will also sell special fares for travellers who want to add in a stop-over in Seychelles and combine Singapore, Johannesburg or Mauritius.
