PUC opens new utility bill payment outlet at Maison Malavois |15 December 2014
The Public Utilities Corporation (PUC) has opened a new payment outlet and Customer Service Centre at Maison Malavois.
This is PUC’s second payment outlet in the vicinity of Victoria apart from the main one at the Creole Spirit building.
The PUC has explained that the provision of this alternative payment facility is part of the company’s ongoing commitment to improving its customer service delivery. It is ideal for customers who have their own transport or those working outside the town vicinity.
The Malavois Customer Service Centre will offer all services given by PUC’s Commercial and Customer Services Division, such as applications for new connection or relocation of electricity, water and sewerage services, enquiries on bills and also bill payments.
Initially this new outlet will operate between 8.15am and 4pm from Monday to Friday but in the near future it will adjust depending on customers’ needs.
PUC has in total three payment outlets on Mahé, two on Praslin and one on La Digue and also offers its customers the option of paying their bills online via internet banking or on ATM machines. For more details, customers are invited to visit PUC’s website on www.puc.sc or contact 4678000.
