Miss Seychelles ...Another World 2014 Camila Estico had words of thanks to the Seychelles Tourism Board on Saturday night minutes before crowning the new beauty queen Linne Freminot.

Ms Estico spoke from her heart as she addressed the full house gathered to witness the crowning of Miss Seychelles … Another World 2015.

Crowned last year during the beauty pageant held at the Savoy Seychelles Resort & Spa, Ms Estico has been a good ambassador for Seychelles, representing the country internationally and inspiring young and old alike at national level.

She made her country proud when she reached the quarterfinals for the Miss Talent title at the Miss World beauty with a purpose pageant held in London last year.

This was described by the Seychelles Tourism Board as a success story.

In her short speech in front of those who had come to watch this year's beauty pageant, an emotional Camila Estico thanked all those who have in one way or another helped her throughout her reign, echoing special words of thanks to the Seychelles Tourism Board and her main sponsors.

"Tonight presents a moment of reflection for me as I look back on the year I have spent being Miss Seychelles...Another World 2014," she said.

I thank all those who have made this journey a good and memorable one for me, she added.

"It was an honour and privilege for me to represent my beautiful country Seychelles,” Camila Estico said to the applause of the large crown assembled at the Constance Ephelia Resort.
