Seychelles tennis team aim for first IOIG medal |01 August 2015

Eight tennis players have made the journey to Reunion island as part of Team Seychelles for the ninth Indian Ocean Island Games.
While tennis has been around for a long time in Seychelles, the country has won little success in this sport and the eight players will be looking to change this by winning the country its first medal at the Games.
Jamal Nibourette, Bernard Mein, Stephan Romain and Rashid Narain make up the male team for the games. They will be in action on Sunday morning.
The female team consist of Fatim Kante, Marie-May Isnard, Clyvie Delpeche and Sarah René and they will also be in action on Sunday morning in Saint Denis.
The players are being accompanied by Antoine Hip-Waye (official), Selwyn Knowles (coach) and Selwyn Hoareau (referee).
