Football - St Louis lose Kenneth Khan ahead of title decider |10 December 2015
One key game that will take place this weekend is the possible league title decider between St Michel and St Louis, a game that will have special meaning for St Louis as they mourn the loss of one of their players.
St Louis striker Kenneth Khan passed away in the early hours of Tuesday morning and his death set the social media abuzz with his family, friends and acquaintances all sharing their shock at the unexpected news, one which has also affected the football community.
St Louis football club manager Bernard Dorasamy said he was deeply shocked by the passing of his player as he had just had a conversation with him earlier that same day.
“He called me in the early morning (at around 1am) to talk to me about the upcoming game against St Michel and said he had come up with a solution how to get victory against the league leaders,” said Dorasamy.
The St Louis manager has told all those involved with the St Louis team, including players and supporters, to give their all in Friday’s match as he wants the team to honour Kenneth by winning the match for him.
