Advertorial-Marie-Antoinette Restaurant reopens |02 September 2006
Although it is sparkling clean after extensive renovations, the famous restaurant will continue to offer its characteristic Creole dishes and cheer, says its new manager, Guyto Mondon, who says she will be running the establishment, which is at St Louis along
Serret Road, with loads of experience she has garnered over many years of working at the Plantation Club and Resort.
“We will have new staff all right, but we have retained a number of those who were there, so we will be able to continue offering the traditional dishes, which will as in the past be served with Seychellois courtesy,” she said.
The restaurant will be open from Mondays to Saturdays for lunch and dinner, while offering afternoon tea with ice-cream, but on Sundays it will open only when there is a special occasion, for example to serve passengers and crew of a cruise ship.
For reservations, the manager can be reached on 266222 or 514089.
