Emirates invites more Seychellois to join its cabin crew team-Nine Seychellois already recruited |21 November 2007
The recruitment exercise will take place today at the Plantation Resort & Casino starting at 9 a.m.
In the past year, Emirates has visited the island twice and recruited nine Seychellois to join its multi-national crew, now numbering over 8,000.
After successfully clearing the first round today, candidates will proceed for interviews and those selected will be based in Dubai and will undergo five weeks of training at the Emirates Aviation College.
Oomar Ramtoola, Emirates’ Manager Indian Ocean Islands, said that Emirates is very pleased to carry out yet another cabin crew recruitment exercise in Seychelles.
“The campaign demonstrates our commitment to this market and is in line with our policy of contributing to the country’s economic development,” Mr Ramtoola said.
