Seychelles scenery favourite calendar themes for 2016 |07 January 2016

 

 

 

As is customary every year, many businesses, organisations or groups produce a calendar which they give to their customers or put on sale, and this year is no exception.

While some prefer to promote their services on their calendars, the majority it seems still prefer to showcase the beauty of our islands through pictures of powder white sandy beaches or other spectacular scenery.

For example Nouvobanq has chosen to give its customers and partners a panoramic view of stunning scenery on Mahé, Praslin, La Digue and Silhouette while newly set up printing house NISA Press on Bois de Rose Avenue has also produced its own calendar showcasing Seychelles’ gorgeous beach scenes

The Seychelles Commercial Bank wall calendar on the other hand features what the bank has to offer to its customers such as personal loans, business loans, foreign transfers and many more.

The Mauritius Commercial Bank (MCB) has also got its 2016 calendar out while

a few other banks, such as Barclays, told us their calendars are still being printed.

Some however have opted not to publish any this year.

The Anglican Diocese of Seychelles’ wall calendar depicts a family photo of its bishop and priests.

Print House, situated at Providence Industrial Estate, has also got a stylish 2016 calendar which comes in different shapes and sizes.

Two of the country’s biggest printing houses -- Imprimerie St Fidele and Printec Press Holding – said they got orders to print a few calendars for the year 2016, although the orders were lower compared to previous years.

A local businessman was spotted selling his tourism promotion calendars to promote the island of Seychelles. His calendars carry the slogan ‘Calendar of Seychelles’ and carry breathtaking pictures of Seychelles.

So, whether you want a calendar simply to keep track of the dates or keep one as a collector’s item, there’s more than enough to satisfy your need.
