Del Place Restaurant : President’s Village kids hosted to lunch, receive gifts |17 September 2016
Fifty-two children from the President’s Village were last week hosted to lunch by the Del Place restaurant at Port Glaud and received gifts ahead of the new school term which started this week.
Pierre Delplace, owner of Le Del Place Beach Restaurant, and his team invited the children to have a good time in the restaurant.
The gifts received by the children comprised school stationery, soft toys, lunch box, school bags, bottles and scientific calculators offered by Mr Delplace.
They were collected by an employee of the institution who was representing Toussaint Melanie, the head in-charge at the President’s Village.
The children were overjoyed and so were the staff, who expressed their thanks and gratitude to Mr Delplace.
Le Del Place Beach Restaurant is looking forward for another donation to the children of the President’s Village soon.
