Seychelles Arts Festival - ‘Traka dan baka’ |17 November 2016

For those who enjoy watching Joseph Sinon’s theatrics, he has got a very special play in store for you. Patoustous will team up with Vincent Isaac in ‘Traka dan baka’.

Vincent, who recently regained the ability to walk after years bound to a wheelchair, will surely relish being back in his element.

“It is a play about life itself; there will be plenty of lessons to be learned through our comedy sketch. You will get the opportunity to laugh but at the same time learn something about the importance of life,” says Joseph Sinon.

Actors such as Verna Mondon, Najoie Philoe among others have some grand surprises in store for the public.

Two guest artists – Elijah and Uncle Brady – will also be present to cheer up the crowd with their stand up comedy.

Joseph adds that there will be a wide range of sketches on that night to entertain the crowd.

“We have also incorporated the winners of ‘Moman Kreativite’ from primary to post secondary, who will also be present to wow the spectators on that night,” he says.

Tickets for the two-hour show to be held at the International Conference Centre Seychelles (ICCS) at 6pm on November 26, are being sold at R150 at the National Arts Council (Nac), Dam’s Enterprise, Tanmi Shop and will also be available at the door.

The show is being organised in collaboration with Nac and the department of culture.
