Patrick Berlouis appointed new chairman of IDC board |20 December 2016

President Danny Faure has announced the appointment of a new board of directors for the Islands Development Company (IDC).

Patrick Berlouis replaces Patrick Lablache as the chairman of the board. Mr Lablache however remains a board member.  The other board members are Alain de Commarmond, William Rose, Angèle Lebon, Angelique Antat, Sherin Francis, Glenny Savy and Ronny Renaud.

President Faure said it is important that experienced persons from the private sector be appointed wherever possible to chair boards of state-owned enterprises.

The new board appointments will take effect from January 1, 2017.
