Gentleman set to stun Seychelles crowd |06 April 2017

Timann Otto, better known by his stage name Gentleman, is expected to deliver a crowd-pleasing performance at the mini stadium (La Promenade field) in Victoria on April 29, 2017.

The concert, sponsored by Music Got Wings in collaboration with Takamaka Bay, Air Seychelles and H-Hotel Resort, will be memorable and not to be missed.

Gentleman, born in Osnabruck, Germany has been travelling to Jamaica regularly since he was 18 years old. His career began with the collaboration of the band Freundeskreis which produced the song ‘Tabula Rasa’. After beginning his career as a deejay, he based his style to the classic form of the reggae genre like that of Bob Marley.

He sings mainly in English or Jamaican patois. His hit songs include ‘Send a Prayer’, ‘Superior’, ‘Dem Gone’ and ‘Intoxication’.

One of the organisers of the concert, Elijah, stated that the show will be unforgettable.

“It is a chance of a lifetime to have Gentleman perform in Seychelles. He has touched so many of us just with the power of words,” he said.
