Senpa to start new training sessions |07 April 2017

The Small Enterprise Promotion Agency (Senpa) is currently recruiting participants to sign up on a new series of small courses for micro, small or medium enterprises (MSMEs).

Owners of more than 500 MSMEs have been rewarded after completing training in entrepreneurship and capacity building. To date, 509 entrepreneurs from Mahé and La Digue have been trained.

The training, funded by the African Development Bank (AfDB) through the fund for African Private Sector Assistance (FAPA), was part of Seychelles MSME development project being coordinated by the Department of Investment and Industry with support from Senpa and the University of Seychelles (UniSey).

Senpa is once again introducing a new series of courses, and inviting new participants to register such as school children, teachers, potential business owners and interested individuals.

The Senpa training will run from April 18 to June 9, 2017 and will consist of kitchen household décor training, fresh flower arrangement training and dry flower arrangement training.

Participants willing to take part in such training can register at the Paradis des Enfants hall from 8am to 4pm.
